The Role As a Protection Advisor, you'll provide expert advice on life insurance products via telephone, building rapport with customers and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities of the Protection Advisor: Deliver exceptional telephone-based customer service and advice Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive personal performance Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards Conduct thorough fact-finds and document all customer interactions Required knowledge and experience for the Protection Advisor role: Proven experience in Financial Services Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements Excellent customer engagement and telephone communication skills Financial services qualifications (ideally CEMAP or R05) Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer outcomes If you're an experienced Protection Advisor looking for a rewarding career with a forward-thinking insurance company, apply now
