Data Administrator

**ADVANCED EXCEL REQUIRED** Our client based in Andover needs an Excel whiz to assist their quality team for a minimum 3 months
If you love manipulating and interpreting data, then you'll love this role because you'll be building spreadsheets using macros and formulae and using visual tools to display data such as charts. Please be aware that you will also be asked to carry out data entry too.
**As the Data Administrator you will be offered**:
- £12.45 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Hours of work: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm; Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm
- Free parking on-site
- Central Andover office location
**As the Data Administrator you will be**:
- Collecting and managing data for process control, continuous improvement projects and reporting
- Sense checking data
- Undertaking timely data analysis in accordance with operational and quality requests using Advanced MS Excel e.g. macros, formulae, building spreadsheets using macros, formulae, vlookups, etc
- Using visual tools to display operational and quality related data
- Investigating and identifying data anomalies
- Data entry/inputting
**To succeed as the Data Administrator you will need**:
- Advanced Excel skills (Essential)
- Intermediate skills in MS Word (Essential)
- General office administrative experience (Essential)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting on multiple projects
- Proficient in other Microsoft office packages
