Here at GXO, we are looking for a **HR Administrator** to join us on out Coop contract in Andover. Working alongside the HR Lead, you will provide professional services across the site such as engagement, recruitment, payroll and general administration.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£25,000.00 per annum** and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Ensure all required administrative tasks are managed, processed, and tracked in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the HR Manager to work proactively on onboarding and core process to ensure that changes are made in a timely fashion
- Maintain records of personnel related data in line with retention guidance, ensuring all personnel files contain the relevant information required
- Support where required the data inputting of starters, leavers, changes & promotions
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Comprehensive understanding of GDPR with the ability to ensure a high level of confidentiality
- The ability to identify customer needs, seeking and providing effective solutions to their queries and deliver excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
