**Role Summary**:
As an Accounts Administrator at Tradebase, you will play a crucial role in managing our sales ledger, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will work closely with one of our directors on credit control matters, providing support and insights to enhance our financial stability and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the sales ledger, ensuring accurate allocation of payments and reconciliation of accounts.
- Promptly resolve customer queries, including the provision of copy invoices, statements, and proof of delivery documents.
- Collaborate with the director responsible for credit control to implement effective credit management strategies and practices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Sage 200 to manage financial transactions and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Proficient use of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an accounts administration role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Direct experience and proficiency in using Sage 200 is essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and experience working in this area.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resolving queries efficiently and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
