Part Time Accounts Administrator

We are Deltic Solutions; a forward-thinking electrical contractor based in Andover, Hampshire. We are growing and are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team in a new permanent role.
Our work ranges from installing EV charging infrastructure to being the ‘go-to’ of many well-known estate agents.
The role will be focused on company book keeping, invoicing and financial record keeping.
In working with us, you will have a chance to make a difference and be far more than ‘just a number’. This role offers a degree of flexibility with working hours/days.
**What Are We Looking For?**
- Experienced in Xero accounts software.
- Strong understanding in company financial responsibilities i.e. VAT, HMRC etc.
- A team-player attitude.
- Experienced worker with the ability to jump right in.
- Enthusiastic approach.
- The ability to work independently and think for yourself.
- Hard working, able to move decisively with forward momentum.
- Strong written & spoken English.
**Do You Have the Following Experience?**
- Reconciling accounts.
- Processing invoices.
- Payroll.
- Pensions.
- Liaising with our external accountant.
- Working with software programmes such as Xero.
- Microsoft 365.
- Paying invoices from suppliers.
- Ensuring outstanding customer invoices are paid on time and meet agreed payment terms.
- Dealing with key customers.

**What Is the Salary?**
£25,000 - £28,000 pro rata (depending on experience).
