**The Role**

**The main purpose for the role is to provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders. Playing an integral part of the Direct Payments/Personal Health Budget Finance Team; delivering comprehensive holding accounts services, ensuring income is allocated accurately, payments are authorised and paid following the strict guidelines.**

**Operational**
- Deliver comprehensive Holding Account services; ensuring income is allocated accurately, payments are authorised and paid following strict LA and CCG requirements. Holding accounts are audited and monitored in line with contract requirement's; ensuring KPI's and Internal quality standards are achieved.
- Working closely with all stakeholders, to ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Promote the services we provide acting as a support for Information, Advice and Guidance services and Enham Trust.
- Support with the production of monitoring reports for management and commissioners
- Responsibility for the administration of IAG systems, ensuring correct processes is followed.
- Support with the calculation and finalisation of surplus refunds and closed cases as required.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time.

**What we are looking for from you**
- Ability to use your interpersonal skills to manage relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with varying communication needs and requirements
- Experience in payroll processing and in the use of IRIS or other payroll software to deliver an effective service.
- Experience and knowledge in HMRC and use of spreadsheets
- All processes have a strict process which must be followed.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy within all legislative requirements.
- Work within the confines of and fully understand General Data Protection (GDPR), Maintaining confidentiality of data
- Must have a high attention to details to ensure information processed is correct
