**Warranty Administrator**
Gloucester

£26,000 Salary/annum.

We are looking for a **Warranty Administrator** for a **Franchised Car Dealership** in the **Gloucester** area.

**PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR OR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE IN A CAR DEALERSHIP.**

As a Warranty Administrator in a busy Aftersales Department at our Dealership in Gloucester you’ll input warranty claims and extended warranty claims, monitor debts, Work-In-Progress and parts returns.

Role and Responsibilities:

- To provide the highest levels of organisation and by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient communication, projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
- To ensure all manufacturer expectations and requirements are met throughout.
- To deliver exceptional professionalism, ensuring claims are compliant with Manufacturers terms and conditions.
- **Have previous car dealership experience in either a Service or Parts Department environment.**:

- Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
- Have good telephone and communication skills.
- Hold a minimum of 12 months, successful track record in a similar role.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, process driven aftersales environment and have strong organisation skills.
