**About the role**

Wessex Garages currently has an opening for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our prestigious dealership in Gloucester.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.

**Duties & Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator**:

- Accessing, processing, submitting and monitoring all warranty claims, including negotiating with manufacturers directly on borderline claims.
- Ensuring the company’s databases are correct and up to date.
- Contacting customers to ensure that any manufactures recalls are carried out promptly.
- Maintaining full photographic records, as required.
- Processing and submitting service and extended coverage claims.
- Building strong relationships within all teams across sites.
- Dealing with queries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensuring all sites/departments are updated daily with current processing requirements and criteria.

**Your Background & Skill**:

- Strong administration skills.
- Previous experience within the motor trade is desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- IT Literate.
- Able to follow processes on the computer.
- Minimum 2 years motor trade experience.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
