Culture Change Lead - Merseyside

Gibbs Hybrid are looking for an accomplished Cultural Change Lead to support the Cyber function of an enterprise level client with change transformation, communications awareness and engagement. You will work onsite 2-3 days with our Merseyside based clientand a few days a week remotely. This is a PAYE opportunity for 12 months initially. The Cultural Change Lead will help shape the future of Cyber within the business and have a passion for everything Cyber and Technology, implementing better ways of working.
- Help create, drive, and deliver the culture strategy and transformation, organizational design/development, change management and program management approach for cyber.
- Lead all change management for key Cyber projects and programmes, liaising internally with teams and stakeholders to ensure awareness, engagement, and the ultimate delivery of the projects you’re responsible for. Identify opportunities to maximise our cultureand change efforts for greatest strategic impact and define the priority capabilities required to succeed.
- Drive and embed cultural changes within the business, using innovative ways of getting messages across the business and driving employee engagement.
- Help to tell the cyber story to the broader business

Essential:

- Deep operational knowledge of change and project management, communications planning, content creation/formats and channels.
- Ability to understand company dynamics including brand recognition, organisational structures and network of communication interfaces.
- Ability to develop and deliver a range of engaging and creative materials to meet the needs of a variety of functions
- Excellent language and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in culture strategy and transformation,
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
- Experience of working in a communications role in an IT/ Cyber environment
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex information into effective end user communications
- Demonstrable experience of delivering behaviour or culture change through effective communications, training, and campaigns.
- Experience of utilising and managing a presence across a range of digital communications channels, including content management system skills.
- Experience of developing and delivering end user training and engagement campaigns
- Good working knowledge of all Office 365 elements, including Azure and cloud
