About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Housing Services to lead our operations in the Liverpool area. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategic housing management services and drive meaningful change.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading transformational change projects, implementing innovative service delivery models, and overseeing Group rental income collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic priorities for social landlords.
  • Lead efforts on anti-social behaviour, hoarding, domestic abuse, and knife crime.
  • Collaborate with health partners to integrate emerging health and social care delivery models.
  • Transform customer-facing services using digital and automation solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Membership of CIH at level 4 or above.
  • Proven experience in managing transformational change projects.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
