If so the Informatics service is looking for a full time Junior Support Officers to join a dynamic team. Working within BCU Central you will be responsible for assisting with the management, maintenance, testing and training and user support of software solutions and providing telephone support to all Informatics users

**Your Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist users requesting of a wide range of solutions.
- Assisting with paperwork
- Investigating other potential solutions
- Developing communications to notify users of change
- Monitoring change requests
- Analyses and investigates user problems, some of which are complex, and where necessary discusses options for resolution with Support Officers and communicates the resolution
- Provide assistance to support officers and senior support officers when required.

**Essential Criteria Includes**:

- Educated to GCSE level / equivalent level of work experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of one or more business systems
- A broad range of ICT skills
- Experience of working in a large and complex organisation
- Experience in the support of software solutions
- Participation in change management
- Knowledge and appreciation of the capabilities and limitations of IT
