Bring your compassionate and caring nature into an administration role where you will support a local organisation in providing front line support to a very busy, dynamic, and diverse educational environment.
In the School Secretary role you will be responsible for:

- Administration duties including maintaining records, handling confidential data, managing attendance, payments, postal duties and organising diaries and trips
- Delivering front line customer service support to both internal and external customers including staff and parents
- Answering the phones, directing calls and taking messages, dealing with queries and complaints whilst resolving any issues that may occur

If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

- Previous reception, administration and secretarial experience
- Ability to speak Welsh fluently due to the nature of the setting
- Excellent customer service & communication skills with a compassionate and caring nature
- Strong knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and working within a diverse role
- A current DBS certificate (advantage)

This is a temporary role, working 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3.30pm with 30-minute lunch break).

The role will be office based in Abergele and is on an hourly rate of £10.81 per hour plus holiday pay.
