An exciting opportunity to join a busy Power Trading team. This is an office-based role within a fast-paced 24/7 trading environment. Providing support to senior management and the wider team on a range of topics from general administration, support for travel, onboarding new starters and training coordination, championing initiatives to supporting with IT, HSSE and office management. Training and support will be provided to maximise your potential for further development and career progression within Uniper.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and office support to colleagues based in the UK Power Trading department at Compton House, role is full time office based.
- General administrative tasks including; travel and hotel bookings, IT, diary management, procurement and ad hoc general administrative tasks.
- Supporting and assisting with; Recruitment administration, induction of new starters, onboarding/offboarding, work placements, training coordination.
- Champion, promote and be the people related initiatives and activities such as; IT and Digital, Benefits, Health, Safety, Sustainability, DE&I
- Organise department monthly team meetings, department social events and team building days.
- Support the team project lead with department IT related change projects.
- Make arrangements for, and welcome external visitors to the department.
- Management of all office equipment including printer cartridges and stationery, team IT equipment and facilities management.
- Liaise with Power function PAs for ad hoc Power requirements as directed by the UK Power Trading Director.
- Attend CHEFF meetings (Compton House Health, Safety, Environment committee) and pick up actions relevant to the Trading team.
- Undertake any other duties from time to time as appropriate to the Business needs.
**Your profile**
- IT Skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
- Ability to quickly become a confident user of Uniper standard office systems (SAP, intranet administrator, SharePoint sites).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer focus and high degree of professionalism and ability to support senior leadership.
- Strong and relevant admin-based experience.
- High degree of accuracy and confidentiality with good attention to detail.
- A strong and personable team player.
- Willing to learn and grow with business.
