My public sector client is looking for an experienced Administrator to support their team. This is a short-term temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £12.89 per hour, full time 37.50 hours a week. This role is currently working from home; however the team meet face to face once a month at one of their Midlands offices.

Your role will ultimately be to provide administrative support for the team, this will include:
" Administration of departmental reviews, maintaining membership databases, documents and policies
" Support with administration of meetings, this will include scheduling, preparing papers, and also making notes and providing comprehensive action points
" Collating information for stakeholder newsletters and website and support for any events
" Some diary management and shared responsibility for a generic inbox
" General administration duties such as data entry, answer telephones, filing and replying/issuing correspondence

Skills required
- " Highly organised, self-starter, well-motivated and pro-active
" Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
" Good communication, both written and verbal form
" Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and customers

**" Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages**: Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

This role will require a clearance and three years referencing in place before you start on the assignment.
