Investment Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator to work within our Investment Team, who will be responsible for providing data to assist with programme planning, delivery and associated administration. You will also manage and administer effective communication with our residents and Contractors with on-going projects. You will help ensure that relevant policies and procedures are followed, and that the data held on the organisations systems is accurately and effectively maintained in a timely manner.
- The proven ability of analysing and interpreting management information and data and be able to use this to help improve service delivery.
- Strong IT, performance monitoring and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude whilst working to tight deadlines are a must
- The ability to work on your own initiative and accurately input information.
Desirable skills include knowledge of housing management & asset management software and experience of working with contractors.
