**Location**: Remote - some element of travel will be required across CLI sites

**What you will be doing?**

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisor to ensure the smooth running of all HR related processes at CLI. The post holder will maintain high standards of HR data management and adhering to processes. The HR Administrator will also be responsible for general administration which will include managing and maintaining employee records, employee on-boarding information, right to work, DBS checks, and providing relevant information to payroll.

**What we are looking for?**
- Previous experience of working in HR **OR** holds a HR qualification (minimum of CIPD Level 3 Certificate)
- Experience in being part of employment relations meetings including disciplinary hearings.
- A comprehensive understanding of current employment legislation and best practice.
- Experience of undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties, including data input and retrieval.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with a wide variety of people.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise work, handle conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills; must be structured and systematic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
