We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our friendly HR Team You’ll provide a comprehensive and efficient HR administrative service across the whole colleague life cycle to the wider People Service team, managers, and colleagues across the organisation.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work within the central People Service inbox, actioning and responding to queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Complete all People Services admin processes in line with policies, processes and frameworks established
- Ensure all payroll inputs and changes are processed accurately and timely
- Administration of all OM benefits, including pension

**What we’re looking for**:

- Working towards a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential
- Previous administrative experience (HR admin experience would be an advantage but not essential)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Able to build relationships with people
- Close attention to detail
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel
- Strong MI, presentation, and reporting skills
