**Position Summary**:
- The role can be based in either our Manchester or Leeds Offices_
This is a varied role within the UK HR team where you will play an important part in the operation of the HR department. On offer is the chance to get stuck in with varied projects and vital administration work to gain valuable experience and progress your career.
**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the local HR Manager, you will work on a local level but also be involved in the wider UK team and their responsibilities.
In this role you will be the go-to person for both our Manchester and Leeds site, supporting the HR Management team with all administration required for a range of areas including employee-related life cycle, keeping accurate data records and following up with required documentation. This will go hand in hand with you providing regular support to the wider UK HR team.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Experience within HR administration i.e., managing data, producing letters or HR qualification like degree qualified.
- Interest in HR and desire to learn and grow
- Good IT skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Has a positive, “can do” attitude.
- Able to work on their own initiative proactively
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
