**Who will I be working for?**
You will be working for a dynamic business, who are specialists in their field. This role will be based in their London office two days a week, with three days from home.
**What will I be doing?**
Do you have experience within the Early Careers arena? Have a passion for nurturing and developing the skills capabilities of the future? Have knowledge and experience of growing and evolving future talent initiatives?
As the Future/ Emerging Talent Advisor, you'll be responsible for the development, evolution and implementation of a variety of development solutions across the group. Solutions that will support both new and existing colleagues to thrive.
This role will work closely with the talent acquisition and learning and development teams, and the wider team, to continuously strengthen Early Careers offering and so support future talent pipelines at all levels. Whilst the role is heavily focused ontrainee programmes, there will be plenty of projects to participate in as our client widens their talent channels to grow capabilities across the group.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Build a programme of events to attend, to build awareness and provide a talent pipeline for future roles.
- Attend career fairs and be a brand ambassador to attract talent and retain top talent.
- Working to shape future talents strategy comprising of Apprenticeships, Work Placements, Internships and Trainee programmes.
- Develop relationships with local colleges, universities, and other providers to attract and retain top talent.
**What else do I need to know?**
This is a permanent, full-time position. London 3 days a week 2 days remote.
