Future Talent Advisor
Your new role
You will take ownership of the early year's recruitment for the organisation. You will work with colleges, universities armed forces to source the very best future talent in a range of roles from Administration, Marketing to Project Managers to Technical Engineers.You will be responsible for the development for existing apprenticeships and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the journey. Ensuring a continuous pipeline of new starters by attending career fairs and building relationships with Colleges, Universitiesas well as the Armed forces and encouraging a diverse work place.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a worked with early careers recruitment and have a good understanding of the hiring process. You will ideally have worked in a similar role of high volume early careers recruitment
