Digital Content Producer

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Identifying & approaching key opinion leaders for the purpose of creating digital content e.g., interviews around monthly editorial themes
- Supporting the promotion of digital content on social media
- Plan, produce, and manage high-quality digital content, including videos, livestreams, podcasts, and interviews with KOLs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation
- Ensure all digital content and editorial copies adhere to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, such as engagement rates
- Creating presentation summaries and other editorial insights
- Provide conference production support for Senior Team Leader and/or Director on a portfolio of life science conferences
- Lead-source, invite and liaise with senior-level speakers for in person events
- Support the on-day delivery of marketing content, including webinars and video Q&As
- Data entry and database admin to maintain up to date records
- Assist in the preparation and on-day management of virtual events, live presentations & discussions
- Attend in person conferences if needed, and alongside other team members perform all event management tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the event
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in editorial and/or digital publishing sector
- Excellent research and organisational skills
- Highly organised and efficient, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Strong writing and proofreading skills - preferable within the life sciences sector
- The ability to work independently and with others in the team
- Educated to degree level or equivalent with a genuine interest in content writing, communication, and life sciences events
**More about the role**:
- _Salary_: £28,000-33,000 PA (with opportunities for progression and regular reviews of pay)
- _Location_: All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office). Our offices are located on the Botley Road in Oxford, with shops/restaurants within walking distance and easy access into Oxford City Centre.
