We are looking for a Digital Producer to join our small(ish), but mighty team in Summertown, Oxford. We are an award-winning creative agency that designs and creates awesome digital stuff, brands and print materials. We believe that our job is all about creating good communication, not about pandering to personal tastes, being artists or looking trendy. We have the pleasure of working with some nationally recognised brands and some small local companies. We are also deliberately sector neutral, so the work here can be extremely varied to maximise the fun

**In a nutshell**

You’ll be the face of One, building strong relationships with your clients. You’ll be responsible for planning, running and delivering creative digital projects for a range of clients from start to finish.

**In a bigger nutshell**

From pre-sales and on to project kickoff - going to see clients, discussing their needs, taking a brief and transforming this into a fully planned project with a budget, schedule and direction - to delivering the finished product - working with the design and development teams to ensure that the clients’ dreams become a beautifully polished, well-thought through reality, delivered on time and within budget.

During business as usual, you’ll be on hand to help your clients with any issues and enquiries that arise.

**You will be responsible for**
- Developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Responding to new business enquiries and contributing to pitches
- Planning and attending client meetings, taking briefs, status updates, making presentations
- Creating proposals and quotes
- Creating schedules for projects
- Helping set and monitor budgets for projects
- Ensuring financial and invoicing information is up to date and correct
- Working with your fellow producers to book design and development work into the studio
- Organising and contributing to brainstorms with creative and digital teams
- Website planning - creating or contributing to sitemaps and wireframes
- Preparing and delivering design briefs
- Preparing and delivering development briefs, taking into account technical specifications, sitemap and wireframes
- Reviewing design and development work in progress
- Occasionally jumping in to help add content to websites
- Responding to daily enquiries from existing clients, tackling issues that arise and maintaining good relationships

**You'd have experience of**
- Working with/in/around creative digital agencies
- Previous customer-facing or account management experience
- Knowledge of digital design and web development (particularly WordPress)

**And you are**
- An excellent communicator
- Great at problem-solving
- Very organised
- Good at juggling more than one project at once
- Comfortable working under pressure
