Finders Keepers are a leading letting and property management agency across Oxfordshire with a dedication to professionalism and quality service within the property industry.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital and Marketing Assistant to join our successful business for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager to develop and introduce marketing strategies - with a focus on digital - to ensure the effective promotion of the company and its services, and it will also administrate regular events.

Working with all offices and departments, you will be involved at all levels. The role is full of variety and requires the ability to multi-task

Accountabilities:

- To work alongside the Marketing Manager to create and implement a first class editorial calendar to be published across the company blog and social media platforms. This will include writing regular, relevant and interesting content (for example, by tracking positive stories/testimonials from within FK and following industry news) and ensuring all content is repurposed sufficiently.
- To drive and monitor engagement and leads via social media including managing advertising campaigns, managing any PPC advertising to get the best return.
- To assist with managing website content and dealing with any issues, working with external developers to make major changes to our site.
- To organise and administrate events, sourcing new venues within agreed budgets, managing invitations and RSVPs, liaising with venues and creating presentations where necessary.
- To respond to requests for the design and provision of promotional materials and assist with creation of artwork, overseeing larger design projects and proof reading of marketing materials.

To produce reports and statistics, including:

- an internal monthly marketing activity report
- an office marketing dashboard
- social media engagement, making recommendations based on your analysis
- other research as necessary
- As and when required: assist with promotion of vacancies via LinkedIn and ensure staff listings are up to date (new staff, job title or name changes) across internal and external materials and platforms
- Monitor and share digital best practice and emerging trends with the marketing team
- Ensure good internal communication throughout all of Finders Keepers’ offices - this may mean working from other offices on occasion.

**Knowledge, skills and qualifications required**:

- Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience - ideally with some digital
- Strong organisational skills to plan and manage workload effectively
- An eye for detail to ensure that anything published externally is first-rate
- Knowledge and experience of carrying out research and analysing results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Essential skills: full clean driving licence, excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills (including Microsoft Office)

Desirable skills: experience of InDesign, Survey Monkey, Google Analytics, PPC advertising and use of a CRM system (e.g. Mail Chimp)
