We are recruiting for experienced support workers to join our team in supporting our client at his home in Wem. Our client has Autism, MS and requires support with all aspects of day to day living. You will also be required to assist him with socialising in the local community as this is something he thoroughly enjoys. You will be working on a 1:1 basis and we are looking for committed support workers who can make a real difference to helping support our client.

**Clinical / Complex competencies include**:

- Hoist experience;
- Autism awareness;
- Manual Handling.

- Have a minimum of 6-months recent experience in healthcare or support work;
- Have experience in practicing moving & handling, and providing personal care; and

**Salary**: £11.20-£13.45 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wem, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- complex care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Adult and Child DBS (required)
