Balfor Health and Social care recruiting for bank Support workers to work in Wem Shropshire. The nature of this role will be to provide support and personal care to adults within a residential setting.

We are looking for support workers that have experience working with, **Adults **with the following needs.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 6-months UK experience as a support worker within the last 2 years.
- Care certificate or Health and social care level 2 or Equivalent
- Manual Handling and Hoist Trained.
- Competent within all aspects of care.
- Flexible and Reliable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about patient care.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.79-£13.62 per hour
