Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential Complex Trauma Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our young people. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Work closely with residents to identify and achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. You will need to be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
