Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to children and young people with complex trauma needs.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support and care to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encouraging and supporting children and young people to participate in activities and therapies
  • Building positive relationships with children and young people, and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
