**We're on the lookout for amazing individuals who have**:

- At least six months of experience as a support worker, carer, or healthcare assistant.
- Complex care experience would be preferred, but it’s NOT ESSENTIAL as we are looking for people with the right personal values and full training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills - because great care starts with great communication.
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature - it's what makes you special
- A keen eye for detail to keep all our care plans up-to-date and accurate.

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
