**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
Based in our South region, the successful Head of Operations will be responsible for three registered managers who provide leadership for up to 28 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 50 Services across the region which currently includes Hampshire, Dorset, East Sussex, West Sussex, London and Hertfordshire. You will also be responsible for the operational performance of all services within a region that has ambitious plans to grow. You will lead the regional teams to ensure achievement of the regional objectives, delivering against contractual requirements and strategic objectives, in budget and within all quality, legal, and regulatory compliance standards.
