Waste Collection Loader, Bromley £12 per hour


We are a family based waste collection business based in Bromley, operating at present in South London and North Kent.

This is a small business with a difference, we have an ambitious vision of planned expansion across London and are looking for individuals who are excited at the prospect of working with this family business and coming on the journey with us.

We may just be removing customer's rubbish, but we hold strong principles around how we treat people, be it the customer or one of our loaders.


We are wanting people to come on board who have a positive mindset, a can-do attitude and come to us with ideas on how to solve problems.

We expect our loaders to be reliable and trustworthy, always putting the customer first. Excellent time management is also a must as well as being physically able to carry and load heavy items.

  • Collecting and loading all types of waste from commercial and residential properties.
  • Ensuring areas are left swept and tidy following a clearance.
  • Assisting the driver when maneuvering the vehicle, especially when reversing.
  • Acting an ambassador for Junk Taxi, ensuring customers receive an excellent service.
  • Reporting back to head office once a clearance has been completed.

Essential requirements:

  • UTR (Unique Tax Reference)
  • A willingness to adopt and embrace technology
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
