**Service Administrator - Stockport**

Edengreave are looking to recruit a Service Administrator for a fast-growing developing company based in Stockport. Due to success of the business, you will be supporting The Service and Operations Team to aid the sales and service functions within the business, The role is permanent working Monday-Friday full-time. After completion of training and probation of 3 months the successful Service Administrator has the option to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. In return you will be offered excellent benefits including a performance related bonus, free parking, death in service benefit, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas Shutdown.

**APPLICANTS MUST BE UK BASED and local to Stockport.**

**Duties: -**
- Creation of services cases with the ERP system
- Quoting service-related work to customers
- Processing service contracts within the ERP system
- Ordering parts from suppliers as needed
- Facilitating in the scheduling of engineer jobs and associated practicalities.
- Obtaining service contract orders from new and existing users
- Monthly reporting to management of the uptake of service contracts
- Work with the sales admin team to aid installation schedule forecasts.
- After engineer site survey ensure new customers have all practical requirements ready for installation after engineer site survey
- To partake in any developmental training as required by the Company for the role.
- To carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the service team and company.
- Maintain excellent levels of communication throughout the team and the wider business.
- Following all internal processes as laid out within our Quality Management System
- To provide holiday cover for other members of the admin team when required

- IT literate/ including Excel and willing to learn to operate new software.
- Comfortable with the use of video conferencing/meetings

**Desirable: -**
- Experience in Sales and or Service Administration
- Knowledge of Sales and Purchase Processes within Sage 200

**Benefits: -**
- Salary based on experience. Basic salary range £23K - £27K pa.
- Bonus up to 15% of basic salary and based upon both employee and company performance.
