
Service Administrator

Well established catering equipment supplier and service company based in Hazel Grove with over 40 Years trading are looking for a part time service administrator to join our team.
Duties will include:
Logging service calls to job system
Raising Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Checking Completed jobs and sending information to suppliers for quotes
Compiling quotes with prices returned from suppliers
Leasing with Engineers.
The role will be part time 20 Hours a week (4 hours per day), with occasional full weeks needed for holiday cover which can be taken as over time or time in lieu.
28 days holiday including bank holidays.
Applicants must have:
Good telephone skills
Good computer competency with knowledge of excel and word
Ability to work independently when required
Above national minimum pay, rate negotiable based on skills and experience.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
