**The Job**
Are you a problem solver with excellent communication skills, a mature outlook and looking for a new challenge or a career change?
With your dedicated effort, and Simpro’s on-boarding training program, you can help optimize the implementation process for both our customers and implementation consultants.
**What You’ll Do**
- Provide additional training delivery to Simpro clients and engage with customers to consult and ensure additional training is strategically planned and documented based on customer needs.
- Utilise Salesforce through the training process to ensure communication is documented.
- Carry out multi-company consultation.
- Provide training and/or building BI report services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide design and creation of client forms for document outputs and operation.
- Deliver Workshops and webinars as required.
- Consult and manage data import services for clients.
- Provide assistance in training delivery to the implementation team for internal and external training.
- Assist in the education of the professional services team to both new hires and to update processes and procedures.
- Exchange routine information with team members, details including setup, implementation, customer support, priorities, timelines and issues as they arise.
- Contribute, collaborate and share knowledge with internal teams for product and service improvement.
- Engage in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to enhance efficiency in communication and training.
- Continually review work practices and recommend ways in which practice, systems and/or processes can be improved.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and questioning skills.
- A good understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems.
- The ability to keep up with regular product rollouts and maintain expert knowledge of the Simpro suite of products.
- Ideally, experience of working in a data driven environment.
- An ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
