CIWM (WAMITAB) Internal Quality Assurer
- **The Role**:_
The CIWM (WAMITAB) Internal Quality Assurer also has two major areas of responsibility. To physically check the portfolios assessed as acceptable by Assessors and act as part of the team who oversee the operation of the Centre.
- Oversee the assessment process, sample assessment evidence and records to ensure a fair, consistent, and rigorous level of assessment is maintained.
- Ensure that systems are developed and implemented so that all the requirements of the Accreditation body are met.
- Support assessors in their performance and development.
- Ensure the eligibility of assessors to undertake assessment.
- To manage the procedure for complaints and appeals.
- The IQA will judge the standard of the assessment against national standards as well as adopting guidelines set by CIWM (WAMITAB) and the Centre.
- Keep Assessors informed of any changes to the Standards or new guidance issued.

- **Essential Criteria**:_
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- 3 years minimum waste industry experience.
- Relevant CIWM qualification (LROC, MROC, HROC).
- Hold an IQA qualification (CAVA, TAQA).
- Hold a Teaching Qualification Certificate ((i.e. PTLLS, Cert Ed, C&G 7302).
It is anticipated that you will need to provide Wiser with an average of 10-15 hours per month for around 4 - 5 clients, but due to the nature of the work, this will vary month by month.

Self Employed. We will ask you to agree to a contract to provide services to Wiser clients, and you will invoice Wiser for your services in line with this contract.

£45-£60 p/h
