We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manhattan Implementation Specialist to join our company on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless implementation of Manhattan WMS across both our UK and European distribution centres. Collaborating closely with the IS team, as a designated "super user," you will serve as a vital link between IT and Distribution, offering clarity and support on Manhattan system integration and configuration.

This is a newly established position, offering you the chance to shape it according to your expertise and vision. Below are the primary tasks that will define your role:

- Work closely with the Information Systems (IS) team to gain insights into current systems, preparing for the implementation of the new Warehouse Management System (WMS) by analysing current operational workflows/processes within our distribution centres.
- Support and assist with the testing, configuration and implementation /optimisation of Manhattan across these distribution centres.
- Assume the role of hands-on support for distribution system process changes, as well as consult and drive continuous improvement and standardization with our 3PL distribution partner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues providing ongoing support to teams within Distribution, always ensuring there is collaboration with IS.
- Design and deliver appropriate training on Manhattan functionality to Distribution operatives.
- Analysis of business processes and design of new processes and system configuration to optimise future business operations working with BI team on best-in-class reporting.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the integrity and reliability of the implemented solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize implementation processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**About you**:
You will have a solid track record in successfully rolling out WMS solutions in distribution centres, with expertise in Manhattan. With exceptional communication and people skills, you will enjoy working cross functionally and collaboratively.

With sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail you will be motivated, energetic and feel comfortable working in a space where priorities can change quickly.

You will have a strong educational background, with highly proficient IT skills. Experience with AS400 would be an asset.
