- We’ll look to you to lead the Organisation and Workforce Design Centre of Expertise for the Group

**What you’ll do**:
Day-to-day, you’ll lead the organisation and workforce design aspects of the bank. You’ll manage our organisation’s and workforce’s design practice with SMEs in operating model, job and team design, organisation design, job architecture, skills strategy (including creating the banks’ skills taxonomy) and our strategic workforce design method and practice.

Alongside this, you’ll partner with all businesses and functions on pan-bank projects that’ll impact the operating model, structure, accountabilities and skills to ensure that our customer, commercial, legal and regulatory needs are understood, translated into workforce implications and are implemented effectively.

Your top priorities will include:

- Providing diagnostics, insights and challenges on the effectiveness of our organisation’s design and offering thought leadership by working with internal senior stakeholders, external partners and suppliers and specialist networks
- Designing and enhancing our organisation, SWP, skills and job architecture content, processes, governance and ensuring its alignment with HR processes - driving our transformation into a skills driven organisation
- Partnering with HR ExCo and their teams to deliver organisation, job, team and workforce design consulting and expertise to business leaders
- Leading on CEO-1, CEO-2 and regulatory senior manager function job design, accountabilities and job sizing, while providing the oversight for the design of our most senior roles, structures and business areas

**The skills you’ll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need knowledge and experience of designing and leading operating model design, organisation design methodology including maintaining organisation wide principles and practices, job and skills frameworks and job evaluation methodology and capability.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

- Operating model, organisation design, job and skills framework and strategic workforce planning knowledge and understanding of effective tools, practices and approaches
- Influencing, communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of wider HR theories, models and practices
- A background of leading, shaping and contributing to transformational change
- An understanding of relevant legal policies, regulations and risk management
- Experience of the banking industry, regulatory and commercial environment
