**Background**:
The Representation and Democracy Coordinator is a key role within our Representation and Democracy Team. The purpose of the role will be to complete the following:

- To support the delivery and development of the Union’s student representation and democratic systems
- To support and facilitate elected Student Leaders, student campaigns, initiatives and activities
- To deliver the wider operations of the Representation & Democracy Team
