The Representation & Democracy Team are our experts on student feedback, influence, campaigns, and change.

**Responsibilities**:
The purpose of the role will be to complete the following:

- To support the delivery and development of the Union’s student representation and democratic systems
- To support and facilitate elected Student Leaders, student campaigns, initiatives and activities
- To deliver the wider operations of the Representation & Democracy Team

In addition, the post will contribute to supporting our networks of volunteers, working to support the development of policy (or as we call them, Union Priorities), delivering events to support students’ academic lives and to keep a lively community of elected students motivated.
