HR Coordinator - 18 month FTC

Inverclyde, On site

Full Time (37 hour week)

£25,000

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of our clients, with offices in Inverclyde (parking available on-site), who are looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team, who will support the HR Business Partners with the full employee lifecycle.
- Previous HR Administration and/or Assistant experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced HR department and prioritising a busy workload.
- Experience of data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Ability to use own initiative as well as work as part of a team.
- Experience of preparing large mail merges and working with large amounts of data.
- A good understanding of GDPR in practice.
- An ability to demonstrate tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:

- Provide advice and guidance on day-to-day HR queries, policies, and procedures.
- Support with collating and analysing HR data and analytics.
- Managing queries in the HR shared mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response.
- Prepare and coordinate all new start documentation, including Right to Work checks.
- Maintain, develop, and document robust administration processes.
- Support the team with organising training course bookings.
- Assist the HR team with low level case management including minute taking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
