This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, within an environment where a sense of urgency and attention to detail are essential. The **HR & Recruitment Coordinator **will establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all individuals within the organization and be an integral partner in coordinating day-to-day activities for the HR Director & Senior members of the team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Maintain internal and external Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to recruitment team
- Assist in writing job postings and employment ads
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires
- Benefits Coordination including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Assist the HR Director and Account manager with administrative duties

**QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Knowledge/experience, or willingness to learn, basic HR Admin Management
- Able to multi-task
- High level of confidentiality and Professionalism
- Strong sense of Math Aptitude
- Strong computer skills
- Coachable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
