**HR Coordinator**

Caledonian Sleepers Limited have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated people focussed individual to provide high quality organisational support service to the Head of HR and the wider business.

The purpose of the role is to act as a trusted collaborative partner between internal colleagues and external partners to support the transactional people related processes.

**Main Accountabilities**:
**HR Process and Reporting**
- Analysing of people data reports and consolidating into distributable format across defined stakeholders
- Maintaining the organisation org charts, updating and ensuring regular checks for accuracy
- Supporting development of improvements in process to enhance employee satisfaction (annual leave tracking, sickness monitoring etc, onboarding, leavers)
- Implement short term and interim processes as technology transitions and is designed for the longer term

**Pay, Reward and Recognition**
- Process new starts, leavers, changes to various employee benefits (Healthcare, Healthshield, Childcare Vouchers etc)
- Assist with the management of external suppliers providing People benefits
- Consolidate pay amendments and submit via managed service (overtime and absence)
- Maintain employee recognition voucher award scheme
- Support monthly payroll checks and balances across functional/operational teams
- Responsible for managing the coordination of the employee Long Service Programme

**Managed Services**
- Liaise with managed services internally and review data to ensure integrity against CSL data (e.g., Fleet)
- Provide support and assist the Head of HR with performance data to enable the shared services contract and performance to be managed
- Maintain excellent customer service in all areas of work.
- Take responsibility for own learning and development.
- Comply with all CSLpolicies, including contractual standing orders, financial regulations and all HR policies and procedures including Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity

**What you’ll need to do the role**:

- Good standard of education and evidence of continued professional development is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to ensure effective engagement with management team(s), employees, and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and contribute to the commercial goals of the organisation.
- Evidence of delivering change in complex and demanding environments.
- Employee relations experience with evidence of building partnership relations would be an advantage.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Continuous improvement methodology
- Proven experience working in a diverse fast-paced role
