**Finance Administrator**

We’re looking for a Finance Administrator/Medical Evidence Processor to join our rapidly growing team at Medi2Data based in Stanmore, London.

Having experienced a +200% growth across all areas of the business within the last 12 months, Medi2Data is looking to recruit an inquisitive individual who will flourish in the fast-paced environment whilst consistently delivering on the business's finance requirements alongside the Finance Manager.

We’re looking for an individual who holds an upbeat, ‘can-do’ attitude and great problem solving skills.

As our Finance Administrator, you will play a key role within our Finance team and contribute to the operations of our Fully Managed Service (FMS).

This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our growth phase

**About the Role**

This is a full-time role based in our new office space in Stanmore, London and comes with a market-competitive salary and benefits.

The role will be focussed on supporting our team to deliver Medi2data’s Fully Managed Service, from a finance perspective. You will work closely alongside our Finance Manager and Operations Manager and ensure that we adhere to and maintain best practice and standards when delivering our sought after service.

Further detail on your responsibilities are listed below:

- Daily and weekly file imports into Sage
- Managing FMS amendments log
- Identifying and allocating payments received from third parties and surgeries
- Following up with clients for unallocated and outstanding payments
- Preparing daily and monthly (payment) schedules
- Client account reconciliation
- Raising credit notes
- Checking the finance inbox and replying to client queries promptly and accurately
- Creating and updating finance user guides within our system
- Processing Prepayments
- Uploading Reports

**Summary**

Office based - located in Stanmore, London

Following a successful 3-month probation period, the role will be made permanent

22 days leave per year (+ public holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
