You will ensure to meet the needs of the Trust by managing and developing professional, robust, systematic and customer focused administrative function on HealthRoster & Patchwork, to ensure that wards and departments staffing needs are met on a daily basis. Previous experience of using HealthRoster or other rostering solutions, and Patchwork or any other staff shift management solution would be an advantage. As part of your role, you will also action all ID badge requests for the Trust.

Working in a busy & challenging environment, ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional, demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality. A background in temporary staffing or a similar setting, with basic understanding of hospital staff groups, including medical staffing and recruitment solutions, such as ESR & TRAC would be an advantage.
