Booking Keeping Administrator
Zero-hour contract, working in an office for 14 hours per week, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. £14.00 - £17.00 p/h, depending on experience.
As a Book Keeping Administrator, you will be responsible for validating invoices against purchase orders, dealing with customer queries, reconciling credit card statements, processing invoices and reports, and updating QB and Customer Portals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing the sales ledger, booking and assigning jobs via Job Logic, participating in activities necessary for the smooth running of the office, preparing end-of-year accounts for submission to the accountant, filing documents, and liaising with suppliers and customers.
As a Book Keeping Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Validate invoices against purchase orders.
- Reconcile credit card
- Process invoices/statements
- Process sales ledger
- Participate in activities necessary to support the smooth running of the office.
- Prepare end-of-year accounts for submission to the accountant.
- Filing
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Credit Control
- Skilled and enthusiastic.
- Great attention to detail and have an inquisitive nature
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
