**What you’ll do**:

- Improve and Implement Reward Strategies:_
- Continuously improve an accurate, user-friendly, and compliant salary, grading, benefits, and recognition framework that engages, motivates, and retains our invaluable team members.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers in accordance with agreed budgets.
- Measure and Optimise Initiatives:_
- Monitor the impact of reward and recognition programmes on employee engagement and retention, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
- Expert Advice on Remuneration:_
- Provide expert guidance to business leaders during annual remuneration processes, ensuring simplicity, fairness, and alignment with our reward strategy.
- Lead the Annual Reward Process:_
- Collaborate with the People Services team to oversee and effectively communicate the annual reward process to managers and staff, ensuring clarity in roles.
- Market Research and Benchmarking:_
- Conduct regular benchmarking, job evaluation, pay assessment, and market-related research to ensure our business remains competitive, attracts, and nurtures top talent, establishing us as an employer of choice.
- Evolve Performance Management:_
- Oversee the development and evolution of our performance management approach, focusing on continuous improvement and integration of best practices tailored to A2Dominion Group.
- Legal and Compliance Expertise:_
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of legal and compliance requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory adherence in relation to reward and performance.
- Policy Compliance and Reporting:_
- Ensure that our reward and benefits strategies, policies, and reporting mechanisms meet internal and external standards, facilitating easy auditability when required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent CIPD or similar.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing reward and recognition programmes.
- Reward Expertise:_
- In-depth knowledge of both monetary and non-monetary reward and recognition approaches, and their impact on motivation and performance management.
- Analytical Skills:_
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, with the ability to analyse data to drive informed decision-making.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with employees at all levels.
- Innovation and Creativity:_
- High levels of creativity and innovation in tailoring recognition solutions to diverse employee groups.
