This is a unique opportunity that will be best suited to a people centric HR professional with specialist skills in reward, compensation and benefits.

As a Reward Specialist, you will manage all reward activity and implement effective compensation and benefits solutions that attract the best talent on the market and retain and motivate our people. You will be the subject matter expert for all things reward and will strive to ensure Aramark’s compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with the company's goals and values thorough research, analysis, and benchmarking.

To be set up for success and exceed expectations in this role, you will have a demonstrated background in reward coupled with a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and a passion for compensation and benefits.

This is a full time and permanent role which will can be remote but regular travel to our Leeds office will be required.

Key Responsibilities:nDevelop and implement competitive reward structures and employee recognition programmes to include base pay, bonuses, and incentives ensuring they are aligned to Aramark’s culture and valuesnReview job grading and evaluation frameworks to ensure they are fit for purpose, transparent and equitablenEnsure accurate job evaluation takes place appropriate to the terms and conditions of employees and be the escalation point for job evaluation queries and role sign offsnPlay a role in planning and contributing to the external and internal research, review and development of new and existing reward-related policies and programmesnEnsure employment legislation, government policy changes and other significant external developments affecting pay and reward are identified and acted upon in a timely and efficient mannernPlay a lead role in pay review cycles with benchmarking, research and salary data and necessary engagement and communications with relevant stakeholders, including recognised trade unions for our Offshore businessnManage the annual pay reviews and bonus incentive plansnSupport all BAU reward activity including, benchmarking, and managing market data providers to ensure compensation packages remain competitivenProvide expert advice and guidance on reward and benefits to include all policies to stakeholders at all levelsnReview and create reward policies, procedures, and guidance documents to make sure robust governance is in placenSupport with the data review and compilation of all pay gap reporting and equal pay auditingnPlan, develop, and deliver the annual reward and benefit programme, actively promoting Aramark’s benefit

You’ll be set up for success if you have:nSignificant and demonstrated experience in the reward, compensation and benefits arenanAbility to work closely with stakeholders and build collaborative relationshipsnDetail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliancenAnalytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets from different sourcesnNot afraid to challenge the status quo to simplify processes
