We have one post available at Heartlands Hospital.

Salary

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administrator to join the busy teams at Heartlands Hospital. Operating and maintaining efficient Administration services of information, files and records, The post is to process the day to day admin for accommodation whilst supporting Car Parking.
- Room Bookings
- Processing payments
- Processing permits.
- Liaising with all Staff Departments including House-keeping & Security Teams

The hours are: 8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, motivated person with excellent communication skills.

The post is at Heartlands Hospital but the post holder may be required to work at all of the sites if the service need arises.

Data Input to process Leavers and Starters

Cancellation of permits

Both accountabilites require attendence at Dr inductions

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C) GCSE Level 9-4
- Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment

**Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
- Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience of using IT systems

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Experience of working in Healthcare
