Senior Inventory Coordinator

We're looking for a Senior Inventory Coordinator to support our critical inventory tasks and acting as the team SME on both in-house and 3PL projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure core inventory tasks are completed in line with SOPs including but not limited to:

- Completing and recording daily cycle counts. Investigating and reconciling any highlighted discrepancy in a timely manner.
- Processing destruction requests, both at Byfleet and liaising with third party logistics ensuring a Certificate of destruction is provided.
- Receipting Purchase orders and Internal requisitions for non-integrated third party logistics.
- Manually assist in closing out sales order issued that may have not automatically Interfaced for non-integrated third party logistics and EDI failures.
- Up to date sub inventory movements to align Clinigen ERP stock position with third party logistics.
- Approved/requested manual stock adjustments.
- Review, troubleshoot any system highlighted Inventory related issues and work with IT for any advance fixes.
- Act as the Inventory team SME when:

- Performing any Clinigen Inventory required user acceptance testing (UAT) for projects and or data fixes as a result of system related issues.
- Ensure continuous improvements and proactively address gaps for system functions and documented processes (SOPs & associated work instructions)
- Ensure any assigned Quality open record in eQMS are closed in a timely manner.
- Support the Inventory Manager with key business projects where applicable.
- Ensure effective communication of key messages/updates to the Inventory Manager and team.
- Maintain and grow professional relationships internally at Clinigen and with third-party sites, across the UK and globally. Ensure a high level of service is maintained by the third-party sites and proactively address underperformance.
- Ensure Inventory KPIs are maintained

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience of operating in a similar inventory management role is essential
- Previous experience working with WMS/ERP systems is essential, experience in utilizing Oracle would be beneficial
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to analyse data and gauge business impact
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software in particular Excel
- Proactive communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is advantageous for this role
- Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions independently
