**Regional Key Account Manager, Bankhall**

**Salary - £55,000 - £65.000 per annum, plus car allowance and commission bonus**

**Field Mobile (South-East/South-West Region)**

Our client is looking to recruit a new Regional Key Account Manager to join their Distribution Team. The successful applicant will help the Bankhall business to achieve income targets through the recruitment of new clients as well as cross/upsell servicesto existing clients.

**Brief Job Description for the Regional Key Account Manager**:

- Achieve sales activity-based targets to deliver additional income to Bankhall across the range of products and services
- Manage relationships with key users in a defined territory/region to achieve agreed objectives
- Collaborate closely with all areas of our clients service ensuring the business meets and exceeds their aligned client targets/market share and service expectations
- Deliver agreed level of account activity to achieve approved broaden targets and maintain user retention levels to meet agreed deepen targets. Activity includes face to face, remote and event engagement
- Support the broader Directly Authorised business with specialist knowledge of wealth proposition and compliance understanding as and when required
- Assist in the development of the groups proposition by collecting feedback from their clients, competitor, and market intelligence where required

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, along with effective time management, planning and influencing skills
- Strong IT skills
- Territory Management and business planning
- Proven track record of relationship development and account management
- An understanding of financial services industry and legislative changes
- Wealth Planning (investment, pension, tax planning) and advice knowledge, including related technology
- Good understanding of the competitor landscape
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results ideally within Financial Services recruitment
- Be Self-motivated with high levels of energy and commitment to focus on achieving personal targets and maximising opportunities within the allocated geographical area
