**Summary**:
Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked on regulatory finance projects with a specific focus on OCIR related programmes.
You will provide day to day project management of regulatory change projects, working with internal and external stakeholders.
You will follow project governance and provide regular reporting to the business and external regulatory bodies e.g., PRA.
You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager and you MUST have proven, recent experience on financial services regulatory projects with a focus on finance projects, ideally Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR).
You will have excellent overall regulatory change experience and have previously engaged with regulators such as the PRA.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Project Management experience in IT space is welcome
- Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR)
- Experience of working on regulatory change is essential
- Experience of engaging with regulators is desirable (e.g., PRA)
- Specialist knowledge of project management methods and approaches in a large scale and complex environment with a particular emphasis on the use of banking industry standards is essential
- Specialist knowledge of industry project management best practices and methods
- Project governance, Prince 2 and project methodology is essential
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle
- Knowledge of Project Management Delivery tools(such as MSP, Clarizen or others) is essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Under the direction of the associated Programme Manager, provide Day to Day Project Management of multiple sizable project deliveries as needed, at any one time, coordinating assigned resources as required to ensure delivery to time & quality.
- Identify, engage & communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Own all Project documentation and planning documents e.g., PID’s / RAID’s / milestone and project plans, ensuring they are accurate, detailed and managed effectively.
- Follow Project Governance, preparing and providing regular reporting / status reports against agreed delivery timelines clearly documenting progress, any risks & issues against approved delivery producing consolidated reports considering status and updatesfrom all key work stream leads and business impact.
- Reporting and managing specific Project budgets as & when required.
- Comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to their area of responsibility and demonstrate in their day-to-day work that they put customers at the heart of everything you do.
